Somatic Reset Retreat

A 26 CE immersive retreat for women massage therapists who are ready for something deeper than another training.

If you’re feeling the weight of holding space for others, or tired of learning in ways that don’t actually stick, this experience is designed differently.

Through a retreat-style setting, you’ll learn somatic tools and nervous system awareness in a way that is hands-on, experiential, and integrated in real time. You’ll have space to receive, practice, and explore how this work shows up in your own body, so it becomes natural in your sessions.

Set along the North Carolina coast, this retreat offers space to slow down, step out of overgiving, and reconnect with yourself while earning your CE’s.

This is a small, intentional group designed to support both your professional growth and your own nervous system.
