Somatic Reset Immersion is a 4-week group experience designed specifically for women living in chronic stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. Through gentle, body-based practices, you’ll learn how to calm an over-activated nervous system, release stored tension, and build a felt sense of safety from the inside out, so peace becomes something your body knows, not something you chase.

From Chaos to Calm, a 4-Week Nervous System Reset
Each week builds on the last, guiding your nervous system out of survival mode and into a felt sense of safety, clarity, and resilience.
This 4-week immersion is designed to give you a strong, steady foundation. You’ll move through the process alongside other women who understand what it’s like to live in an activated nervous system, creating a shared field of support, normalization, and co-regulation.
For many women, the group container is exactly what they need to reset, reconnect, and regain a sense of inner stability. Others feel called to go a little deeper, to receive personalized guidance as they integrate what’s coming online in their body.

This includes the full 4-week group immersion, live group calls, guided somatic practices, and access to our private online community space. You’ll learn how to work with your nervous system in a way that is sustainable, supportive, and deeply regulating.
